Age Vaccinations General Comments
5 Weeks Parvovirus: for puppies at high risk of exposure to parvovirus , some veterinarians recommend vaccinating at 5 weeks. Check with your veterinarian
6-8 Weeks First puppy shot for Distemper, Adenovirus type 2 (respiratory disease), Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus and Coronavirus. Check with your veterinarian re local exposure to some of these diseases as he may advise a different combination.
11-12 Weeks

Rabies (age at vaccination may vary according to local law).

Second puppy shot for Distemper, Adenovirus type 2 (respiratory disease), Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Coronavirus.

Rabies: Check with your veterinarian re local law.

Check with your veterinarian re local exposure to some of these diseases as he may advise a different combination.

15-16 Weeks Third puppy shot for Distemper, Adenovirus type 2 (respiratory disease), Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus and Coronavirus. Check with your veterinarian re local exposure to some of these diseases as he may advise a different combination.
16 weeks Rabies: Age at time intervals between vaccinations may vary according to local law. Rabies: Check with your veterinarian re local law.
Dogs 1 year after their last puppy shots (commonly referred to as their 1 year old booster shots).

Rabies (thereafter every 3 years after second shot).

Yearly booster dose for Distemper, Adenovirus type 2 (respiratory disease), Leptospirosis, Para-influenza, Parvovirus, Coronavirus and Kennel Cough (Bordatella).

Rabies: Check with your veterinarian re local law.

Dogs 1 year after their 1 year old booster shots, and thereafter.

Rabies (thereafter every 3 years after second shot).

Booster doses for Distemper, Adenovirus type 2 (respiratory disease), Leptospirosis, Para-influenza, Parvovirus, Coronavirus and Kennel Cough (Bordatella).

Rabies: Check with your veterinarian re local law.

You need to do your research on whether you want to expose your dog to the potential risks of giving your dog annual boosters.

I recommend that you don't automatically get annual boosters shots. Instead ask your vet to do an antibody titer test first, to check whether your pet needs booster shots or not. In many cases they do not!
